The Carroll Municipal Golf is an 18 hole golf course that covers 150 acres of land. This course includes:
The fee would apply to an individual or a married couple/domestic partner. In the case of married couple/domestic partner, they could use the cart together or individually. However, one or the other would have to be present if their children were using it. Their children could not use it without one or both parents.
The use of the golf carts is non-transferable to other parties.
Use of the golf cart by a seasonal renter would be limited to 18 holes per day.
Use of the golf cart would not be available for special events such as private golf outings like Chamber Day or the Chamber/Ag Golf Outing. It would be available for all league activities, holiday golf events, City and Club Tournaments, and special couple events.
Golf Carts will be on an as available basis unless the lessee calls at least 24 hours in advance. For other golf events a 3-day notice would guarantee a cart.
Definition of a family
Consists of one or two parents or legal guardians and all children defined as youth (a youth is anyone 18 and still in high school) living in the same household. A college student age 23 and younger may be considered part of the family and may be considered on the membership. A child will not be considered on a family membership if the child is 18 and out of high school, not attending college.
Seasonal Cart Rental fees, Trail fees and Membership fees can be paid for on a monthly basis, instead of a one-time payment, with automatic withdrawal out of your bank account. Please call City Hall, 792-1000, or Brenda Bruggeman, 792-9190, for more details.
2023 Iowa Golf Reciprocal Group
We are a member of the 2023 Iowa Golf Reciprocal group. Under this reciprocal agreement, members of Carroll Municipal Golf Course may play at these golf courses by paying only for cart rental. If you plan to golf at one of these courses, you must call ahead of time to verify open golf is available. Upon arrival, you will be required to show them your Reciprocal Card and your driver’s license or photo ID! Pick up your reciprocal card(s) at the clubhouse after April 1st. Each member, spouse, and child will be issued their own card.
