To be considered, citizens must complete an application which can be found on our website, along with descriptions of our Committees, Commissions and Boards. All appointees must reside in a residence within the City of Carroll city limits. Appointments are made by the Mayor or City Council and may be made on the basis of gender to meet the State of Iowa Code.
Members are expected to attend all meetings and training sessions. Committees, Commissions and Boards generally meet after normal working hours. Have questions, please call City Hall at 712-792-1000.
