Economic Development

The City of Carroll aims to retain and grow existing businesses, recruit new business, expand employment opportunities and encourage the establishment and growth of commerce and industry in the City.

City staff, along with the Carroll Area Development Corporation, work to advance the City Council’s goal to establish Carroll as a regional business center in West Central Iowa through the seven key strategies:
